- Copy of Credit Card

  • Promo cannot be applied for Ultra Unlimited Postpaid online activation
  • Customer must make an advance payment with Mandiri credit card for:

–Device

–12 months subscription

–Deposit

  • Payment can be made by 0% installments up to 12 months or without installments
  • If customer cancel the subscription before the 12 months subscription, fees that have been paid in advance are not refundable
  • Free charges placed in the the month of thirteen and fourteen
  • Promo cannot be cashed

  • Promo cannot be applied for the migration of Prepaid or Ultra Unlimited Postpaid subscribers to Regular Postpaid
  • Customer must make an advance payment with Mandiri credit card for:

–Deposit

  • Payment can be made by 0% installments up to 12 months or without installments
  • 10GB Quota Bonus given every month for 12 months
  • Quota can be used for 24 hours/30 days. Bonus Quota cannot be accumulated and will be expire at the end of the billing cycle
